Dr. Mitchell Zeren was born in Bronx Lebanon Hospital and grew up as a local Bronx resident before his family moved to Long Island. He went to State University at Albany before transferring to New York Chiropractic College in 1982.  He is privileged to have trained under some of the best chiropractors and medical physicians in the country. Dr. Zeren began his Bronx family practice in 1986.

He has seen how The Bronx has changed and became troubled by the ever-growing changes in the healthcare system and how it is impacting the doctor-patient relationship. He began a multispecialty practice in 1989 with the addition of physical medicine and physical therapy.  Shortly thereafter, other physicians also engaged in his practice focusing on evaluation including alternative, non-surgical and surgical treatment options. Dr. Mitchell Zeren, D.C., is the owner of Concourse Chiropractic and has an extensive chiropractic background.  He has been a practicing chiropractor in The Bronx for over 35 years.

His extensive overall knowledge and experience has allowed him to evaluate all spinal and extremity conditions and injuries.  He is fortunate to have board certified medical specialists for additional referrals as needed. After a thorough consultation and evaluation of your injuries, Dr. Zeren will determine what, if any, diagnostic tests are necessary and which specialists might be needed. Dr. Zeren is committed to the hard work and dedication it takes to become an expert on soft tissue injuries sustained in motor vehicle and work accidents.

Dr. Zeren is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has obtained Advanced Certification after postgraduate work in Radiology, including diagnostic imaging and sports injury, and has advanced certification in Competency in Whiplash, Traumatology, and Motor Vehicle Crash Forensics. He has been able to combine extensive skills as a chiropractor with his specialized education and with his devotion to patients brining together the most comprehensive medical facility specializing in the evaluation and treatment of automobile and work injuries. He truly cares about his patients.
